VendoYou can return or exchange most goods bought on Vendo. These are the terms every shop on the marketplace is bound by.
You buy from the shop, not from Vendo, so the shop handles your return. A shop may offer better terms than the ones below, but never worse — its own page lists them.
Goods of proper quality may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, not counting the day of purchase, under the Consumer Rights Protection Act of Ukraine.
The item must be unused, keep its original appearance and properties, and come back with its packaging, seals, labels and proof of purchase. Some categories cannot be returned by law when they are of proper quality.
Contact the shop you ordered from — its phone, email and return address are on its page, and its name is on your order. Agree the return with the shop before sending anything back.
If you return goods of proper quality within 14 days, you pay the return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, the shop pays it.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, tell the shop as soon as you notice. Statutory rights for defective goods apply on top of the 14-day window and are not limited by it.
